My name is Angela Mary Vaz. I received my degree in Psychology and Human Relationships from the University of Toronto in 2022.
My goal is to help women who are either single or in relationships to realise their potential and find happiness and peace.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stressed or uneasy, I know how you feel.
As an Entrepreneur, my life is full of activities in every category known to man.
Juggling my personal life, the people I loved, my business and everything under the sun consumed me to massive overwhelm. My productivity had come to a halt. I found myself anxious, constantly stressed and burned out.
Something needed to change, because at the rate at which I was spiralling downward, I knew I would reach a point of no return.
And that was when I decided to make peace with the fact that I couldn’t do everything. This moment defined the start of my progress to a happier, healthier and more content me.
During this enlightening journey, I have come to realise that less is indeed more and I am proud to say that after twenty nine years of relentless searching, I have finally found peace and joy. I am finally content with my life and where I am exactly where I want to be.
This blog is dedicated to all women who are searching for that eternal bliss and peace that they so desperately need.
You will learn how to slow down, evaluate what is working and what isn’t and most importantly live your dream life because you are worth it.
Nothing is set in stone. You are not defined by what has happened to you or your mistakes. You have the ability to change.
That is why the present is called The Present. It’s a gift we are given. And our life purpose is to make the best use of the time we are given.
